These Terms govern your use of IQ Vivah (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to marry.
- The Platform is strictly for matrimonial purposes. It is not a dating service.
- You may maintain only one profile, with accurate information.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Create fake, impersonating, or misleading profiles.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other members.
- Solicit money or share another person's details without consent.
- Post unlawful, obscene, or infringing content.
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse the Platform.
Memberships and payments
Creating a profile and taking the personality assessment is free. Some features require a paid membership. Plan inclusions and prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment partners. Memberships and add-ons are delivered digitally to your account as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
No guarantee of results
We provide tools to help you discover compatible matches. We do not guarantee a marriage, a specific number of matches, or the conduct or intentions of any member.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Verification
We may verify profiles using phone or other checks, but we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every member. Please use your own judgement and our safety guidance.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm other members. You may close your account at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IQ Vivah is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, or from interactions with other members.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kerala, India shall have jurisdiction.
